Pain in hip due to fall
My grandmother (96 yr) had a fall n hurt her hip.. Though there is no swelling or bruise she has pain and mild fever associated with pain.
Can I give her chymoral forte or please suggest any other medication suitable for her age..

Give Pcm 650 and u can combine with chymural forte.
