Pain above left hip, below rib
I experience pain just above left hip and below rib cage. Sometimes it goes to back. The pain is more when in sitting position or riding bike. Took ultrasound but nothing was abnormal. What could be the reason for the pain

Hi there! Really difficult to say without examination. But from the description it looks like it can be “kidney stones” or “muscle spasm” or may be something else. You said USG was normal. Sometimes it can be missed on USG; CT scan is the most sensitive test for stones. If possible get a CT scan of whole abdomen done; and follow up with reports.
Next Steps
CT scan
