Pain in heel
Problem in walking due to pain in heel. Pain increase in morning when I wake up and put my leg down . Suffered from covid in April.

Use local ice packs 5-10 min at a time for 2 times a day for next 10 days. Use soft insole shoes/chappal.

Your complaints are more in favor of plantar fascitis. Treatment is NSAIDS, footwear modification physical therapy and exercises for foot muscles
