Pain in gums might be due to various reasons. Taking medicine won't help you much. It will only give you temporary relief. Kindly visit your dentist. Depending on clinical situation that whether it is related to gums or indirectly from tooth in that area , respective treatment by dentist will help you to resolve the problem

We do have better painkillers than combiflam, but in case of dental infections, medicines only provide temporary symptomatic relief but will not cure the problem and the symptoms are bound to reappear, sometimes with even higher intensity than the previous episode. Going roughly by the description that you have mentioned and without a look at the clinical condition of the affected area, it seems that you have pericoronitis around an impacted wisdom tooth which cannot be treated with medications alone. And this is a tentative suggestion. The best thing would be to visit a dentist for a proper clinical evaluation and x-ray if required to arrive at the right diagnosis so that the appropriate treatment plan can be suggested. Regards.
