Clinical examination mandatory. Go for dental check up. Pls reveal in case you are pregnant or a lactating mother. For time being take T.calpol 650, for symptomatic relief which has no side effect.

Hello dear Please be calm See this discomfort could be due to dental caries or gingivitis because in covid definitely oral hygiene is not maintained since brushing requires dexterity.it does seems to be black fungus.however for further details you can consult me Thanks

Hello ma'm, You have pain related to tooth & gums might be  because of dental decay .For exact diagnosis can you share clinical photograph of the teeth & area in question for better consultation ?  Or you can visit dentist for further clinical examination & treatment accordingly. It's not related to black fungus.
Next Steps
consult online through Practo for further information about it. or visit dentist for the same.
Health Tips
Don't worry about it. It has solution. Thanks!
