Pain in gums and teeth for few weeks
I am having continuous pain in my lower teeth and especially on inner side. I have yellow teeth with white layer getting around gums bottom. Noticed swelling in Gums also from last 6 months It feels like having current like sensation. While having food or drinks I don't feel much problem but once I am not doing anything it starts giving sensation. From last week it's persistent and get little blood occasionally while brushing as well. Couldn't sleep or focus properly for long due to this sensation. Using sensodyne toothpaste and Listerine mouth wash in night currently. Couldn't see any dentist currently as I am stuck in place with less proper dental clinic options. Kindly suggest some home remedies or pain relief medication for some time which can help.

Hello, Can you please pin point the area where is hurting you. Is it a specific tooth or multiple teeth. Is your wisdom tooth erupted? The Symptoms which you’re describing, can mean multiple things. Still in general I would advise avoid cold and sour food till you don’t see your dentist. Do not sleep ,facing on the side which is hurting. Do not apply any kind of cold or hot fermentation. While using your anti sensitive toothpaste , kindly do not rinse for at least 10 minutes post brushing. Meet a prosthodontist if you don’t have cavity in any tooth, Meet an endodontist in case if you have visible decayed tooth.

Your condition is called gingivitis occuring due to the deposition of calculus on your teeth. This requires scaling procedure to be done by the dentist. For now if you can't visit the dentist use vantej toothpaste for the sensitivity and use chlorhexidine mouthwash Apply a gum paint of any company on your gums and massage it properly
Next Steps
visit the dentist as soon as possible
Health Tips
use an extra soft tooth brush using circular motion on the teeth while brushing
