I've a pain in my left forearm about three inches from elbow towards the wrist. To give an indication of area of pain, lying down on my back if my palm is facing up, the pain is on the side facing my body.
It increases when it put weight on it like when doing high plank or push-up.

⢠Place your elbow on the edge of a bench or table (figure 3). Straighten your elbow using your other hand until you feel a mild to moderate stretch pain-free. Repeat 10 â 20 times.
