Pain in forarm
Why do I feel nibble pain in my forearm after Woking up everytime in evening? What could be the reason behind it ? It's quite like niddle pain in my forearm? Anyone can help please?

It could be due to nerves getting compressed ,or vascular especially after the workouts.Ideally you should consult with a general physician in your area for a clinical examination to determine the exact cause and then to refer to the specialist accordingly.

It is because of cervical compreaaion of the nerve passing to the forearm, avoid pillows while sleeping don't bend too much while working, take becosules once daily take green spinach daily, don't ride bikes too much for very long distances
