Pain in fingers ( hands and feet)
I have pain in fingers of hands and feet. I find it difficult to bend them .There is some minor swelling as well .Pain is severe in the morning when I get up from bed I find it very difficult to grip any thing from my fingers . Sometimes I also have pain in my wrist in morning .I did not have any injury or any surgery .

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. • Point your toes • Raise your heels • Squeeze your toes • Roll a ball. Roll a golf ball or tennis ball under the ball of your foot. Apply light pressure for about two minutes.

Since when you are experiencing these symptoms? How long the pain persists in the morning and do you feel any early morning stiffness? There is possibility of arthritis! Visit a rheumatologist for detail examination.
