Do an x-ray of the affected hand AP& OBLIQUE view.
Cold compression with ice pack and chymoral BR 1 tab TDS ×5days .. Continue zerodol .
It will resolve and should pain free within 1 week

take ibuprofen for pain
keep area clean and dry
daily dressing with antibiotic ointments
Kindly consult near doctor, there is blood collection behind nail , which causing your pain
Doctor will remove collected blood through nail pric. After removing blood it will get better
Take tramadol p one every 8hours for 4 days.
Tab acelofenac 100mg one morning and one evening for 3 days, after meals.
Do some cold compression 3 times daily for 4 to 5 days, hot compression morning and evening for 5 days.
You should visit the nearest physician doctor ASAP to drain it . It’s already have turned black. Drain it and then use Zerodol P for pain management it will be relieved.
