Pain in ear has been a little less painful for 2 days, but something is happening today. And hearing in the ear is having trouble. Such a pain happened even before 6 months ago

Pain in the ear occurs due to infection/congestion/effusion in the middle ear.. need to be evaluated by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
