Pain in chest bone and back
My 8 year old son is complaining of pain in chest and back while breathing maybe in sternum bone from few days and his weight is 24 .is this normal and should i go for some blood test I have attached old blood report.is it alright and what should be done next .

If it is persistent throughout, can give paracetamol/ ibuprofen for a day or 2, also diet modification may help..if it is severe enough to disturb sleep or daily activities ,physical consult is necessary
