Pain in center bone and rib cage
Due to exercise pain in chest center bone and rib cage. Mild pain when bending or doing exercises like push up. Not severe but not going away.

Avoid straining for few days and you can take paracetamol for pain, if symptoms not subsiding kindly consult a Pulmonologist.

Avoid strenuous exercise. Try local application of combiflam Gel. Two times a day. If pain still persists...  Meet your chest Physician

Looks like muscular pain. You could do ice or cold fomentation. Apply ice packs for a few days. Avoid pain killers unless it is a paracetamol. Also no more than 3 in a day.
