Type of pain you are explaining seem to be muscular in nature ( muscles & bony rib cage of chest wall seem to be causing pain during these actions ) . Nothing directly related to typhoid but any prolonged illness causes , nutritional imbalance so muscles & bones also go in to temporary fatigue & exhaustion . Poor nutrition causes Vit deficiency & dehydration also
Next Steps
If it does not improve with simple measures then blood tests like s. Calcium, vitD3, VitB12., TSH or some X ray under proper medical guidance will be required
Health Tips
Try to eat normal heathy nutritious diet & drink plenty of fluids Take rest , avoid heavy muscular exercises or activity , mild breathing exercises will help Can take mild pain killer with muscle relaxants
