Pain in both shoulder since 1 month
Doctor, one day morning I had some sorts of tingling or pain in my right hand bicep area. So I did some light exercises on that day, pain started in left hand also next day. I took etoshine 90mg for 3 days , but the pain was still there in front shoulder. Later I showed to orthopedic Doctor, he told nothing to worry and asked me to continue light exercises. When ever I do forward hand raising,i get pain. Now I have stopped all exercises from past 15 days, but the pain is still there but not as it was before. Please help me. What has happened to me? Do I need to get MRI or any other thing. Please looking forward for your answer. Thanks

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. • Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. • Ball exercises. • Wrist Exerciser. • Do hand strengthening exercises • Ball or sock squeeze • Wrist deviation • Wrist curls • Do stretching exercises:- • Forearm Rotation
