Based on your symptoms and medical history, it is possible that you may be experiencing nerve compression due to your mild cervical spondylosis. This condition can cause pain, weakness, and numbness in various parts of the body, including the upper back, shoulders, knees, feet, and hands. It is important to address your vitamin and calcium deficiencies, as these can also contribute to your symptoms. Your doctor may recommend supplements or dietary changes to help increase your levels. In terms of treatment for your spondylosis, there are various options available depending on the severity of your condition. These may include: Physical therapy: A physical therapist can help you with exercises to strengthen your neck and upper back muscles, improve your posture, and relieve pain and stiffness. Medications: Your doctor may prescribe pain relievers, muscle relaxants, or anti-inflammatory drugs to help manage your symptoms. Injections: Corticosteroid injections into the affected area can help reduce inflammation and pain. Surgery: In severe cases, surgery may be necessary to relieve pressure on the affected nerves. In addition to these treatments, it is important to practice good posture, avoid activities that aggravate your symptoms, and engage in regular physical activity to maintain muscle strength and flexibility. As for your dizziness, this may be related to your spondylosis or could be a separate issue. It is important to discuss this symptom with your doctor to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment. It is recommended to consult with an orthopedic specialist or a neurologist who can evaluate your symptoms, medical history, and test results to provide you with the most appropriate treatment plan.
