Have pain in back since 2 weeks. Playing soccer and badminton regularly. Job involves physical activities. Showed to govt health facility. Tuk digital x-ray. Attached. Kindly suggest.

X ray shows loss of normal lordotic curvature indicating some paraspinal muscle spasm.
Next Steps
Take some muscle relaxant with analgesics (Tab mobiswift d twice for 7 days after food) Avoid strenuous activity in between Once pain subsides start back extension and strengthening exercises. Hot fomentation kindly consult for more queries.Thank You
