Pain in back side of thig
Hello sir I have a pain in my back side of thigh. it me be sciatic nerve pain.due to wich I have pain in my heel also.pls advice me to get rid of it

If the pain is going down your leg in the back of the thigh, it is highly likely it is sciatica. If the pain has started only recently, then it may settle down with painkillers.
You need to take regular painkillers and stay active and mobile. Do Not take bed rest but don't stress your back.
You will need to see an Orthopaedic Spinal the for assessment. You may need an MRI scan to see where exactly is the problem. Then further discussion can be had.
