Pain in back side in left hand in chest
From a week i have sudden pain in backside it starts from spinalcord then it goes to left hand and then reaches to chest which is very painfull to me .i have done ecg,treadmilltest ,blood test ,and urine test every report test is allrigt by bp is also normal only sugar level is increased by 137 so what is the main problem with me and what should i do to decrease my pain

No neck or back exercises now as ur having pain. T.Maxmala 50 OD HS for first few days followed by 75 OD bed time for 2 weeks. May need imaging After detailed examination.
