Pain in ankle
I m suffering from ankle pain n it is more in morning after wake up. Pain killer is reduce pain for some time but it is permanenrt

Duration of pain! If it's associated with swelling etc... Try for self release if pain flares up consult with musculoskeletal physiotherapist

you can do contrast bath. dip your ankle in hot water (bearable) for 3 mins and in cold water for 1 min. do this for 3-4 cycles and in the end, end up with hot water for 3 mins. you might need physiotherapy. but consult a orthopedician
