Pain in 1side lower abdomen,back,groin
Hello doctors, I am having left side lower abdominal, back and groin pain for last 2months. My menstrual cycle is normal.. but bleeding is very light and watery and pink in colour. I have consulted with a gynecologist 1month ago and she suggested me tab. Drotin A and tab.Cifran CT for 15days. Pain reduced . But after completing Medicine course I am having that severe pain again.. My history : had unprotected intercourse 3months ago . Took a emergency contraceptive pill, UPT test was negative for 5 times. Whole abdomen USG has been done... There is no abnormalities in my reproductive organs as per the report except a fatty liver.. Today my doctor prescribed me to have a test of blood for CA 125 I am getting so much worried thinking about ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cancer.. what should I do now.. please help me Please go through the attached USG report.

Usg isn’t showing any evidence of pregnancy. Why is Ca 125 adviced to you? In case of suspicion of pregnancy don’t keep on repeating the kit , rather go for bhcg . This pain might be due to infection.
