Pain during faecal discharge
Iam having painnwhich is sharp pinching pain while going for faecal discharge. Iam facing pain since 2-3 days. Pain remains after I do discharge for more than 4hours. Suggest me some medicine for this problem.

It's anal fissure.. u require stool softer along with sitz bath ..Take Syp Duphalac 15ml morning and night for 1 weeks ..u ll have loose stools,  don't worry ..pain comes down .. Sitz bath is put hot water , how much u can tolerate , add dettol in that,  both works as cleaning the fissure  wound.. do it for 15 mins each time,  atleast 2 to 3 times a day Take  plenty of water, curds , fruits and salads

looks like anal fissure (its an ulcer in anal region). Drink lots of water, eat plenty of green leafy vegetable. you can take seitz bath - take a tub, put some warm water in it (not to hot to burn you) add half spoon of potassium permangnate powder(its a violet coloured poweder), and sit in it for 5 min in morning and evening.
