Hi DR.
I recently started gym. When i used to go gym in morning at 07:30 AM I used to eat 3-4 boil eggs and 1-2 bannana exactly at 07:00 AM or 06:30 AM.
I was suggested to eat boil eggs before 2 hours of gym. But i ate before 30 mins.
I dont if this is the reason behind pain at the end of urination.
It was happening till i went to gym and ate protein diet.
When i stopped going to gym on very next 2 days I recovered.
Can you pls suggest me if i can start gyming again and what is to take care for dieting?
Thanks

You don't have to eat so many eggs in the morning. All you take is 4-5 soaked almonds, 10-12 soaked raisins, banana with a cup of milk and go for gym. When you come back you can have not more than 2 eggs, sprouts and healthy breakfast. Increase your water intake as protein produces lot of ammonia which has to be flushed out from the body. May be you were eating too many eggs which were causing heat in your body and not taking enough water.
