Pain after surgery
I recently had my micro lumbar discectomy surgery, a week ago. I was in general anesthesia, after surgery I said I could still felt pain and numbness which my doctor said would take atleast 5 weeks as my nerve compression was very bad that it elevated to my muscle weakness. After surgery I was able to walk in just 3hours. After 4days I had serious bowel movement. I had to strain a bit. Now it's 1 week and still very hard to go to motion. And still could feel the radiating pain on my right leg. Is it normal or did I herniated the disc during bowel movement. Is it possible that I could have done something to my disc. I'm worried, even my staples in my spine have not been removed after surgery yet. I'm under steroid ,meds. Healing is good. Plz help me

It is always advisable to consult and discuss your doubts with Primary surgeon who operated in this scenario. Needs clinical examination sos imaging if the symptoms are too bothering and clinical examination findings corelate.
