After micro distectomy surgery pain
I am Kapil kumar rathi. After micro distectomy surgery for l4l5 pain in leg and back after surgery two months later. After surgery new MRI done.

Needs clinical examination. Start with daily walk and exercises. Medicines will help but dosage needs to be adjusted.

When you have some Recurrence of pain following surgery. Always Go back to the surgeon who operated. No surgeon wants to neglect patients after surgery. Posting these here will create a friction between you and surgeon which won’t help you. You can gently ask him to REPEAT MRI LIMBOSACRAL SPINE WITH CONTRAST.

Share the new MRI and do teleconsultation to know the cause of pain . There could be multiple reasons to cause painnpost discectomy like recurrence.
