Pain after RCT in tooth
I am attaching the xray. Its been 3 months now and i still feel pain and thats why i am not going for crown now. Is my RCT is wrong ? One doctor told me that it is more deeper than it should be. But other doctor says that RCT is fine. There is sone infection. I am confused.

I guess we are speaking about the left upper 1,2 molars. It does look overextended in one root in first molar and there is also some infection below... it will be helpful to see the xray before surgery... if the infection below was present before RCT then it should have atleast stopped paining after the RCT... make sure which tooth is hurting... you could take an opinion from an Endodontist who is specialised in Root canal treatments... hope this helps u

Try to locate the exact tooth which is paining. 3 months after RCT is more than enough time for the pain to settle down. Please go to a good dentist who will locate the painful tooth and of it is the third molar, it needs to be removed. Do not delay the crown for the treated tooth too much.. you may have a fractured tooth! Hope this helps....

I think you should go for removal of third molar it must be giving u triable
