Pain after laparoscopy
I had a laparoscopic excision surgery on 15/6/22 because of severe endometriosis which was also effecting my ovaries, bladder and bowel. I am still having menstrual cramp like pain on both sides and slight vaginal spotting. Is this normal to happen after surgery?

As you said it was severe endometriosis.  Lot of excision and  fulgration of the tissue must have been done.  You must be getting some medicines also. All this is a part of surgery.
