  4. Pain Above hip bone. Can be the problem?

Pain Above hip bone
Hello Doctor, I have pains above hip bones both sides since 6 months. I took x rays to rule out the problem but the x rays are normal but the urinary bladder is dilated partially. The pain disturbs me alot. Kindly let me know what can be the Problem? Thank You..

Check sonography of abdomen and pelvis to rule out kidney or ureteric  stones
