My son is 4 1/2 month old. Can we use any nipples for baby so that he can suck once he has been fed food as he keeps licking his fingers post eating

Don’t use any pacifier It’s a natural tendency of a baby to do that due to sucking reflex By using pacifiers you are inviting infection and teething issues and making baby more habitual to it

No. It is best to avoid pacifiers. They are a source of infection and can affect teeth growth as well. A baby sucking his own hand is common and is because of the sucking reflex. He doesn't need to keep sucking on artificial nipples when he's not feeding.
