Ovulation study
Hello Doctor,
I have started ovulation study and attach is the report of it.
Bladder: urinary bladder is not distended
Uterus: 4.9*3*4.8 cm
BL adnexa is clear
Uterus shape is normal in shape, size and echotexture.
LMP: 18/10/2025
Left overy 14*14 mm
Right overy: msf
ET: 5.1mm
Is the above readings normal? as my period cycle is around 30-32 days

Yes but you need to understand that Ovulation study requires alternate day scans starting day 8 .
No of follicle and size of follicle both studied and decided accordingly when to give the ovulation drug

Follicular monitoring to find out the size and the growth of the egg should be started from day 8
Alternate day scans are done till the desired size of egg of 18 into 20 mm is achieved
You need to repeat this ultrasound to find out if the desired size was achieved or not
Single readings will not help
