Hi there, Glad to hear from you :) I completely understand that you have erratic work hours and completely unexpected eating schedule. However the belly fat shall take sometime to go and for that you need to follow a well planned diet chart.Meanwhile please take care of the foods that you have been consuming and follow the below steps 1)Eat small and frequent meals. 2)Drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day. 3)Stay away from processed ,refined and fattening foodstuffs. 4)Practice portion control. 5)Include at least 2 servings of fruits daily. 6)Walk for at least 30minutea(make sure its briskwalk) Do visit a trained nutritionist and dietician for a well designed customized diet chart :)
