I have the problem of overthinking only.It was caused due to a mental harassment from my classmate.But my doctor suggested Risperidone.Is it a good medicine to control overthinking.

Risperidone is a good medicine. But how much it may help in d overthinking depends on d mental harassment u ve mentioned. Can comment on d medicine only after obtaining d detailed information.
