We’ll be exploring a take on overthinking, understand why we then start thinking of more examples of it, explore 4 ways to deal with it & then an exercise!⁣ Self Awareness - In these moments, take a deep breath, step back, and look at the situation and how you’re responding. Stop trying to be perfect - Our lives will never be perfect because perfection doesn’t exist. Strive for progress every day. You can not control everything - When we try and control nothing! Especially our minds. You’ve worked through it, and now you can focus on the present At last I would just like to say one thing “It’s just that simple. Work through it, focus on the present!”
