I getting so tensed for silly and small matters. getting fully tensed and thinking of anything which never happens, fully makes around me and getting tensed

Anxiety appear to be the underlying note...Either therapy or Medications are proven treatment options we have..Also talk to someone close about it.. Exercise regular meals and sleep well will help for sure... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case
