Its just plus minus difference with respect to to brand if patient is not responding on particular dose you should get evaluation done again and get the dose properly adjusted from your psychiatrist.

The difference is not much. If the medicine is not working the Psychiatrist may need to reevaluate the patient and prescribe adequate dose.
