Hi , I have serious procrastination issue and overthinking problem . Due yo lack of emotional support . *living away from family . i am feeling weird and some bad experience with people .. My concentration is affected .. I need to change my job but unable to focus .. Can u help please ?

It is important to know your age/ profession and why you are away from the family? As the solutions would depend on your basic details. We all feel lonely when we are away from our loved ones, but we are driven by technology today and we are only geographically away, you can connect with your ppl at the click of button, see and speak your family. Procrastination and overthinking is there link or a cycle, ? Is it layered with guilt, self blame & anger ? iAre your expectations realistic. ? You should have these answers As far as Insecurity is concerned it is an inner feeling of being threatened and/or inadequate in some way. We've all felt it at one time or another. . ... Also get a in-depth Psychiatrist / psychological evaluation if the symptoms persist As it is required to be able to help you better

I would suggest you Surround yourself with supportive people. . Get in to transactional Analysis therapy / CBT for better results
