Overthinking, Anger
Hi Doctors I have been diagnosed with Anxiety disorder since 2020 due to Covid and one of my family member passed in heart attack at early age. While I was taken proper treatment for anxiety now i was ok around 75-80%. Once in a month I get anxious and nervous. But I feel anger when seeing the people who I don't like since they had done bad things to my family during that time I couldn't control the anger and I get heat palpitations with chest pain and also no sleep on that particular day or two. All the tests pertains to heart are normal. Please guide me how to control anger and overthinking I was going for walking and Cycling but it doesn't solve my problem. What kind of treatment will solve this.
