Overuse of any ayurveda medication can cause harmful effects on body!
Since thyrogrit works on proper functioning of thyroid gland its overuse can lead to hyper and hypo effects in body!

Hopefully you are under treatment of ur Ayurvedic dr and u may be on Shuddhi mode and asked to pop Said grutham with Increasing does for the Shuddhi.
Before 7days Ayurvedic terms Matra vyapad can be resolved soon by advice by having simple warm water multiple times till u get light Ness in body n throat
