Sir i do regular gyming and my upper body is muscular enough. But i have accumulated 6-8 kgs of belly fat and unable to burn this despite serious efforts. I have bp and on medication. Kindly suggest me best eating habits and tips to get rid of this unwanted fat and have washboard abs. Thanks

hey, you have to adhere to strict diet ,have more of fiber containing foods like chapatis, fruits and vegetables, avoid junk foods alcohol , oil fat contents , continue exercise ,medications ,drink lot of water
