My upper body is very slim normal and waist is 28... Al good but my lower body from thigh to calf is very fat like some one XXL person don't knw y I'm healthy person. I hv done my thyroid chek no medication nothing
what should i do? It wil reduce doing gym or zumba and some says it might b muscles not fats.. How do i come to know??????? To whom i should for this??

Go for body check up,lipid profile ,LFT, KFT, vit D ,vit B12, HbA1C and share your reports.
Do 50 mnts of running,or brisk walk daily for the time and after getting reports I will guide you accordingly
Eat low fat high fibre low sugar diet.
Keep proper hydration.
