Being overweight is nowadays a common problem among population. The main causes are sedentary lifestyle, less physical activity, stress, lack of sleep, inadequate balanced diet. You can easily get rid of excess fat by including the following guidelines: 1.Add more fiber in your diet like salads, fruits. At least add 2 to 3 servings of fruits and vegetables in your meals. 2 Avoid long gaps between the meals. You can even split your meals into smaller meals. 3.add physical activity like walking/running/any sport /swimming/any from of exercise at least 30 minutes a day. 4.take recommended sleep of 7 hrs a day. 5)Drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water in a day.
