Asking for body and excessive weight
I neither eat more junk food nor restaurant food even after that I feel more weight and body is not fit. Give me some suggestions how i improve it , How can I bring my body in proper shape?

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Hello Stay active during the day. Do exercise and go for walk after sunrise Avoid processed, ready to eat and oily fried foods. Include more salads and vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. Cut down on fats and refined foods. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Take proper 7-8 hours of sound sleep. Eat your dinner by 7.30. Keep a gap of 3 hours between dinner and bedtime.

If your diet is healthy then another way to lose weight is to workout more... daily try different kinds of exercise like yoga zumba cardio weight lifting etc. Thankyou
