I have put on weight of about 10 kgs and I am 75 now with a height of 159 cms.I ate when I felt happy,I ate when I was at stress,I ate when I was sad.I could easily lose weight by dieting.Can you tell me the right diet I should follow

Hello, People experiencing depression are more likely to overeat or make poor food choices, avoid exercising, and become more sedentary.You must learn to manage stress , depression,anxiety . Regular food habbit ,always having home made foods at regular intervals, not getting tempted to unhealthy foods, all these should be followed by one strictly ,no other way.
