Hi...It’s ok to think about the future.Everyone plans their future. What is alarming is when you stuck in those thoughts and couldn’t come out of it..Life is all about being in harmony by establishing a connection between what we are thinking, feeling and doing in present moment.Do not take stress as it won’t solve the problem.Seek professional help by booking an appointment with a Counseling Psychologist. You can connect with me Via Practo,or www.counsellingwithanamika.com

The above symptom can be a part of NORMAL anxiety or some anxiety disorder or similarly common Obsessive compulsive disorder. The exact content and patterns of the thoughts and other symptoms are needed to be assessed to differneciate above mentioned entities and also to rule out other disorders for a safer side. Don't worry, finding the right cause of your problem and then finding a best solution for your problem can be done.
