I have gone through c section twice , doctor suggested for family planning saying next pregnancy could be risky, how can I improve the condition

U cannot improve the condition as the third c section will risky

if u want to plan a third pregnancy then keep a gap of 3 years between the second and third pregnancy..as it gives a good time for healing.

If you want a third child , you will need to be cautious during 3 rd pregnancy as previous scar can be thin , it can be planned with care and regular check up
