Ovarian cyst
After 1 year of delivering a baby,I had irregular periods and in sonography 17 mm cyst is found in right ovary. Is it serious issue ..I have no other symptom , other than irregular periods.

the size of the cyst is very small., no neeed to worry. Over the next few months, if you start noticing any abdominal pain or any abnormal bleeding, please repeat the pelvic ultrasound

17 mm cyst is not a serious issue. If breastfeeding your baby stop lactation gradually. Go for blood test like CBC Thyroid profile.

Need to do other investigations for irregular cycles like TFT It’s very small cyst,it can be physiological cyst ,repeat usg after 2 months to see the size of cyst
