Ovarian cancer has a whole lot of vague symptoms which resemble symptoms of day to day issues like dysmenorrhoea, constipation, bloating etc. Having said this there are few ovarian tumours which can occur in younger age groups too. They are usually harmless. The simplest solution would be to meet a gynecologist and get a sonography done and your doubts would be laid to rest.
