I have been diagonised by ovarian cancer 3rd C stage three months ago . I went under 3 cycle of chemotherapy and now I have got low count of white blood cells due to which I m uable to undergo surgery . I am 48 years old women and I have been treating in apollo hospital kolkata . I want to know how to increase the WBc count .

Usually the medical oncologist start an injection called as G-CSF which helps in increasing the counts. Usually we can wait upto 4 weeks after chemotherapy to do surgery. In these 4 weeks the count will usually increase
