Osteoarthritis stage-1
I am asking this for my mother she has diagnosed with OA-1 .. what is best treatment for her ? Plz suggest me medicines too.

Hello ,
She can be started on some phsyio therapy exercises involving quadriceps hamstring and calf muscle strengthening and VMO exercises. Knee hydrotherapy works nice at stage 1 osteoarthritis. She can also be considered for a viscosupplementation injection into the knee which will reduce pain .
