There are many options before surgery. Visco-supplimentatio, braces, physiotherapy, chondro protective medication, life style modification n footwear modification... When n what management to apply depends on the patient compliants n Status of the joints.... It's better if you can share radiographs(X-ray) images, brief history of symptoms.
